- Currently, there are only 6 registered medical oncologists in Kenya. Population is 45 million’
- There are only 4 registered radiation oncologists
- There are 3 radiotherapy machines owned by private hospitals and 1 owned by a public hospital. Ration is 1: 5 million
- There are only 3 registered oncologist nurses in Kenya
- There are about 12 mammogram machines in Kenya, over 22.5 million women
